Do I need an Instagram Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only allows automatic replies on professional accounts. Switching is free and takes a minute: in the Instagram app, open Settings, then Account type and tools, then Switch to professional account. You keep your followers and posts.
Can it reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Write your automatic DMs in any language, in Devanagari or in Roman script. AI answers can match the language the customer used, or always reply in English, Hindi or Hinglish. You choose in settings.
Does it work on reels, carousels and ads?
Reels, photo posts and carousels all work, including posts you published before you signed up. Comments on a boosted post work like comments on any other post. Ads created separately in Meta Ads Manager aren’t supported yet.
What happens when the AI doesn’t know the answer?
It doesn’t guess. It sends the message you set for that case (for example, “Our team will reply shortly”) and marks the chat as needing your reply in the inbox.
How much does it cost?
It’s free while we’re in early access. Paid plans will be priced in rupees. We’ll publish the prices and email you before billing starts, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Will my Instagram account get blocked?
Xukko uses Instagram’s official API and stays inside its limits: one private reply per comment, messages only within 24 hours of the person’s last message, and Instagram’s sending rate limits. That is the route Meta approves for business automation, unlike tools that log in with your password. Instagram can still restrict any account that breaks its rules or sends spam, so keep replies useful and expected, which is what people who comment “price” want anyway.
