How to schedule Instagram posts, carousels, reels and stories

To schedule Instagram posts, connect your Business or Creator account to Xukko, create a post, carousel, reel or story, upload your images or video, write the caption (stories have none) and pick a date and time.     Connect Instagram

    Sign up for Xukko, then connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram's official login. Xukko never asks for your Instagram password.

    Create the post

    Choose a post, carousel, reel or story, then upload your image, images or video. Stories are one photo or one video, shown for 24 hours.

    Write the caption

    Add the caption and hashtags you'd normally use.

    Pick a time

    Publish now or choose a date and time. It appears on the calendar until it goes live.

Can I schedule reels?
Yes. Upload the video and schedule it like a post; Instagram publishes it as a reel.
Can I schedule stories?
Yes. A story is one photo or one video (3 to 60 seconds, 9:16 works best). Stories have no caption, and Instagram's API can't add stickers or links to them.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only allows automatic replies on professional accounts. Switching is free in the Instagram app: Settings, then Account type and tools, then Switch to professional account. You keep your followers and posts.
