    Connect Instagram

    Sign up for Xukko, then connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram's official login. Xukko never asks for your Instagram password.

    Add what you know

    In AI answers, write a short business description, paste your price list and add your common questions with answers.

    Pick language and tone

    Match the customer's language, or always reply in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Choose a friendly, professional or short tone.

    Test, then switch on

    Ask a test question and read the reply. Then turn on "Answer with AI" in your DM or story automations.

How the AI decides what to say

  • It reads the customer’s message and your business information, nothing else.
  • It answers in the language you chose, or the one the customer used.
  • If the answer isn’t in your information, it sends your hand-off message (for example “Our team will reply shortly”) and marks the chat as needing your reply.

Your data

Messages are sent to the AI model only to write the reply, and only when you’ve turned AI answers on. They aren’t used to train AI models. See the privacy policy.

Questions

Can it reply in Hinglish written in English letters?
Yes. Choose Hinglish, or let it match the customer, and it replies the way people actually type, for example "Haan, yeh size M mein available hai".
What if the AI gives a wrong price?
It only uses the prices you wrote, so keep your price list up to date. You're responsible for what's sent from your account, so test replies after changes and check the inbox.
Does AI reply to comments too?
AI answers work in DM and story automations. Comment automations send the DM you wrote, because Instagram allows one private reply per comment.
